How to register:

Select the appropriate enrolment form to print off and fill in.

Alternatively you can arrange to pick up a copy of enrolment form from Bella Body & Soul

Completed Enrolment form to be brought PRIOR first class along with registration fee.

ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ABIDE BY THE STUDIOS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please Note if you are a current member of another dance school you will have to provide written permission from your other dance school teacher/director to be able to attend classes at Bella Body & Soul and organised with the BBS Director.

This does not apply to Gym memberships
